Teams for Various State Hockey Championships

Various teams for the 2017 season announced, based on the performance, commitment, competency of kids who participated in the 3-month long Delhi OTHL Sunday Hockey League 2016. These teams will play round the year in various age group competitions. Their performance will be evaluated based on fighting spirit, commitment, and not giving up educationals needs.

The experimental Delhi OTHL Schools Hockey League has reached its business end. The semifinals were held last Tuesday after three months of non-stop Sunday matches. In the first semifinal Ashok Vihar overcame stiff resistance of new powerhouse Ghittorni to enter the final.
In the second semifinal, Janakpuri set aside the challenge of Mahrauli school. Earlier, Maharauli school also overcame Saket in the Play Off.

As a tribute to the rising status of the Delhi based Non Governmental Organization (NGO) One Thousand Hockey Legs, four of its young talents made it to the home State team for the forthcoming Junior National Championship.
